MOTHER’S DAY: Breakfast in Bed ❤️ Say it with flowers and chocolates or French toast, fresh fruit, honey and MELTED chocolate.

1 free-range egg
100 ml milk of choice
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp honey
2 slices wholegrain bread
2 tbsp vanilla-flavoured Greek yoghurt
½ banana, sliced
Handful blueberries
Handful raspberries
A few squares of dark chocolate, melted

In a bowl add an egg, milk, cinnamon and honey and whisk together.

In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.

Dip the two slices of bread in the whisked mixture covering the bread entirely in the mixture.

Cook for 3 minutes each side or until the bread is golden on both sides.

Remove from the pan and plate topping with a coupe spoons of vanilla Greek yoghurt, banana slices, fresh blueberries and raspberries.

Finish with a drizzle of honey and your mums favourite chocolate melted over the top.
