Chocolate Crunch Bars

No athlete is going to complain about having these for a quick snack and burst of energy at any time.

 200 g 70% dark chocolate (or Lindt sea salt dark chocolate)
 50 g mixed nuts
 40 g dried cranberries
 50 g cashew butter
 2 tbsp sesame seeds
 6 Oatcakes, broken into pieces

Lightly toast the sesame seeds in a pan for 4-5 mins and set aside.

Melt the chocolate.

Remove from the heat and add the cashew butter and mix.

Add the dried fruit and nuts, and oat cakes and give it a good stir.

Add the mixture to a baking tin and spread out evenly and refrigerate for up to 2 hours to set.

Slice and enjoy with a glass of milk.
