Blueberry Oat Pancakes

Sundays are for stacking! Todays stack are blueberry oat pancakes drizzled in maple syrup and topped with Greek yoghurt, mixed berries and a sprinkle of cinnamon if you like. #ReelFuel

 2 free-range eggs
 80 g rolled oats
 1 Large banana
 2 tbsp vanilla flavoured Greek yoghurt
 ½ tsp baking powder
 ½ tsp cinnamon
 Drizzle of maple syrup or honey

Blend the above ingredients (except the berries).

Add butter to a pan and pour the batter mixture and cook each side until golden brown, putting berries on top of the batter before flipping over.

Stack them up. Drizzle on maple syrup. Spoon some yoghurt on top.

Finish off with some berries!
