Smoothie Bowl

Smoothie Bowls are an easy way to get some flavour, protein and healthful antioxidants to start your day. Ideal as a breakfast or recovery snack after your at home training sessions.

 ½ frozen banana
 4 tbsp vanilla flavoured Greek yoghurt
 A splash of milk of choice

Blitz in the blender and pour smoothie mix into bowl.
